What we collect

Account details (name, email, billing), WordPress connection credentials (encrypted at rest), generation prompts, and usage analytics. We never collect your visitors' personal data.

How we use it

To operate the service, publish content to your sites, send billing notifications, and improve product quality. We never sell your data.

Subprocessors

We use Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (hosting), AWS (storage), OpenAI and Anthropic (generation), Postmark (transactional email). All are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

Access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing privacy@rankbot.pro.

Security

All credentials are encrypted with AES-256. We run SOC 2 controls and rotate keys on a 90-day cycle.
