1. Acceptance

By creating a RankBot account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you're using RankBot on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

RankBot generates, optimizes, and publishes content to WordPress sites you connect. We don't guarantee specific search rankings — SEO depends on many factors outside our control.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use RankBot to generate spam, malware, defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing

Plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Ownership

You own all content generated for you by RankBot. We retain ownership of the platform itself.

6. Liability

RankBot is provided "as is" without warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
